We will e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order within 72 hours. Your order will be shipped within 10 days. We will notify you by e-mail if any of the items ordered are not available.

Want it insured? Again we're happy to do so. The additional charge is $.50 per $100 value.

Need it now? We can ship your order overnight (with delivery Monday through Friday); just add $20 to the freight charge.

Pipka is happy to autograph your purchase, which makes it more valuable as a collectible. She is in her Sister Bay gallery most days from May through early December. If you want the autograph personalized (like "Merry Christmas, Aunt Louise"), she will gladly add your personalization of 10 words or less.

Gifts
Is your order a gift? We will gift wrap it free of charge, ship it directly to the recipient with your gift message and, of course, send you the receipt.

Return Policy
Any damages must be reported to us within 7 days. You can e-mail us that information at questions@pipkasofdoorcounty.com. Keep the packing carton and all packing materials together for a damage claim. Of course, we will replace any item damaged in shipping. Returns for reasons other than damage must be made within 10 days, for exchange only.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship your order internationally and will charge your credit card for the actual shipping costs incurred. We will attach necessary customs documents. Our prices and our shipping costs are all in US dollars; if you’re buying from out of the country, your credit card company will do the conversion into your currency.
