We will e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order within 72 hours. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days. We will notify you by e-mail if any of the items ordered are not available.

Shipping Options

We ship UPS Ground or USPS to continental US. USPS only to Alaska & Hawaii.  Charges are calculated at checkout.  Wisconsin residents pay tax on shipping charges.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship your order to Canada via USPS.  A $3.00 handling charge applies.

Unfortunately, due to fraud that we and other retailers have encountered, we are unable to ship outside North America.

Autograph 

Pipka autographs each piece with your purchase, which makes it more valuable as a collectible. She is in her Sister Bay gallery most days from May through early December. If you want the autograph personalized (like "Merry Christmas, Aunt Louise"), she will gladly add your personalization of 10 words or less.

Gifts

Is your order a gift? We will gift wrap for a minimal charge, ship it directly to the recipient with your gift message and, of course, send you the receipt.  Gift wrapping options will appear in your shopping cart.

Return Policy

Any damages must be reported to us within 7 days. You can e-mail us that information. Keep the packing carton and all packing materials together for a damage claim. Of course, we will replace any item damaged in shipping. Returns for reasons other than damage must be made within 10 days, for exchange only and customer is responsible for shipping.
